Job Description:
Pleavin Power is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our service department, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and logistics. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while upholding our high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
· Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, service, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of customer needs.
· Telephone Skills: Answering customers calls and requests for attendance
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service works, contracts, and schedules using relevant systems.
· Operational Oversight: Monitor resource availability and proactively manage potential scheduling conflicts.
· Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including booking hotels, generating reports, and maintaining databases.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to Pleavin Power.
Key Skills & Experience:
· Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
· Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
· Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems or software.
· Team Collaboration: A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
· Experience: Previous experience in a coordinator / scheduling, or similar administrative role is highly desirable, particularly within the power generation, construction, or engineering industries.
· Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in bookings, records, and customer interactions.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
