System Preparation
We have carried out modifications to a new system being prepared for delivery and installation into a clients new building.
This has included a link box, auxiliary cable connection point and exhaust modifications. These will all assist the Installation process, enhancing speed and efficiency once delivered to site for final positioning and commissioning.
Pleavin Power Branding
Due to the new Cummins CPG range offering from Pleavin Power, we have gone through a brand standardisation process. Our in-house design team is developing hex codes and brand guidelines and together with our suppliers working closely to implement a new branding strategy for machine livery.
The logo and detail has been carefully thought out and applied with a less is more approach as the TGS supply business strengthens its market share.
Additional Power
Following a late phone call from an existing client, this week on Wednesday night, after previously installing a temporary prime power plant, they requested installation of additional power. Additional Power was supplied to ensure resilience as their manufacturing plant ramps up production. To meet tight deadlines, Pleavin Power responded, delivered, installed and commissioned additional power. This was done with the help of a TGS ATS system to ensure complete peace of mind for our client Skinny Tonic, rapidly growing drinks business. Working closely with them we are now Maintaining and Monitoring the critical power system around the clock until the new mains supply can be commissioned.
Generator Removal
Decommissioning a generator that was once supporting critical power! The unit has been made safe, disconnected and safely removed from the clients’ site for disposal.
Pleavin Power will now prepare for a new larger generator to be installed and commissioned in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.
Additional Support
Supporting a client who recently purchased a new Cummins 60kVa generator after being let down by the supplier. The machine required reconfiguration for single phase operation.
Pleavin Power team attended site, reconfigured the alternator output and control system parameters. The team ran tests afterwards to ensure it could support the relevant loads as originally required by the customer. Now, in a Pleavin Power SLA the customer is protected for years to come.
