Emergency Support
At around 6pm on Wednesday the 4th of August, Pleavin Power’s Reactive response team received a phone call from a global drinks manufacturer after suffering catastrophic power failure.
The on-site engineering team requested an emergency response and temporary power to restore operation of the manufacturing plant. We dispatched a 1250kVa generator, incident support unit and three engineers to install and commission the system. It is now supported at all times whilst repairs are completed to the incoming mains supply.

Planned Outage Preparation
Distribution network operator notified our client, that the critical power supply of the meat processing plant is isolated for Line Maintenance. Pleavin Power engaged to provide planning, temporary power equipment, fuel management, installation and support. That is to ensure the plant could remain fully operational for the duration of the disruption. Working out of hours to minimise impact, Pleavin Power delivered, installed and monitored a temporary 350KVa power supply. Connecting prior to the outage and disconnecting, once the works were complete.
Critical Power Emergency by Pleaving Power
At the end of the week, Pleavin Power delivered another fantastic response and solution under the emergency and challenging circumstances on the 5th of August. From flying tanks to emergency fuel lines, we worked alongside our power partner Respond Service & Maintain to deliver the emergency critical power project. After numerous fuel supply issues, we provided an emergency solution to ensure the critical back up system could continue to operate while repairs are completed. We delivered, installed and commissioned the @western_global fuel tanks with the assistance of Fluid Power Services to prevent any downtime. As a result, we lowered the tanks three stories below ground before moving to their final positions.
