This year, we have made the biggest leap in the business’s history. Relocating to a new building hasn’t been easy while it’s been in play since August 2021. This new space elevates us to new heights adding capacity, capability and all-around solid foundation for our continued growth. After officially getting the keys two weeks ago, the team has made a phenomenal effort to keep us operational whilst we have made the transition.
Everything is changing for us, and only for the better with a rebuild Callander full well into the summer and re-investment in every single department. Our workshops and operations are now a true 24/7 service, with engineers, operators and drivers on shift around the clock allowing us to deliver wherever and whenever required. We want to thank everyone who has played a part and helped make all this possible in such a short space of time.
Over the last weekend, we have finished moving the rest of our stock and locked the doors of our old Headquarter for the final time. The refurbishment and new building works are now almost concluded and the kettle has found a new home. “So much has changed for me in the recent months, those of you that know me and about Pleavin Power will know it’s my heart and soul, and a product of my burning passion for power. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that we would end up where we are today. I used to worry about finding the right people, about how we would grow and how I would establish myself as a service provider. The place in which we find ourselves today is phenomenal and to have such a great team of professionals by my side helping me build is surreal in itself, but truly what makes this business a success. Last year I learnt I had to find the time to work on the business and stop working in it so much. This doesn’t mean I still don’t, but I do it when I have the time to enjoy it and not fall behind with my day to day responsibilities. I walk around sometimes and just admire how much goes on each and everyday, and I’m so grateful to find myself where I am.” – says Jack, our Technical Director.
